About the role
Kestrel makes scheduling software for clinics. This is the first support hire at a 20-person software company. The role is hybrid, with two days in the Manchester office.
What you will do
- Answer customer emails and respond to inquiries in a timely, helpful manner
- Write help articles and contribute to the self-service knowledge base
- Flag bugs to engineering with clear, reproducible steps
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve the customer experience
What we are looking for
- Mid-level experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple inquiries
- Experience with scheduling software or clinics is helpful but not required
Nice to have
- Experience writing help articles or knowledge base content
- Basic understanding of bug reporting and issue tracking systems
- Familiarity with hybrid work setups and in-office collaboration in Manchester
